Mission Statement

Using Biblical standards of honesty and integrity, our company will provide our customers with engineered products and expert repairs, treating our customers the way we would like to be treated.
·       Servicing you is our lifeblood.  Three inside sales people insure a quick response to your needs.  In  addition, six other office and warehouse employees ensure orders are entered, pulled, shipped, and invoiced accurately and expeditiously ·      Our four outside sales people offer service as part of their normal sales efforts.  When we sell a product we do everything possible to make sure the product performs to expectations.

 History 

R.A. Ross & Associates Inc. was founded by Rick and Marilyn Ross when they purchased the pump division of the Shouse Reed Company that serviced the area since the 1920's.  

Technical Capabilities  

  •  All of our sales staff have engineering training as well as product training to technically assist our customers in problem solving and equipment selection.

 Service and Repair 

  • We are an authorized repair center for the products we represent including Aro Pumps and Tuthill Blowers.

  • Our repair operation at our Louisville location, has a technically trained staff to repair your blowers, pumps, gas compressors and mechanical seals .

 Inventory 

  • Equipment and parts are stocked in our Louisville warehouse.  We work with our customers to offer fast delivery on blowers, filters, mixers, pumps, mechanical seals, and parts from our inventory.
